Personal Training

We run semi-private personal training and group fitness classes (Fitcamp) which use your own bodyweight to provide resistance, martial arts classes, kickboxing (ThaiFit), self defence and personal awareness programs, postural and movement correction sessions (Move Better, Move More), kettlebells and free weights to help you get your body functional and strong. A functional and strong body will move more, with less pain and discomfort which leads to increased fitness, fatloss and wellbeing.
