Our Techniques

Techniques are drawn from several martial arts including Boxing, Karate, Muay Thai, Aikido, Ju Jitsu, and Judo.

More important than the techniques are the underlying concepts and principles which are applicable to all the situations commonly referred to as “self defence”. We emphasise the proactive principles of personal safety and awareness which are much broader than the limited and reactive area of self defence.

All principles, concepts and techniques have been tried and tested in high-pressure, real environments and situations.

We do not teach anything that is not proven to be effective in real world self defence, conflict avoidance and resolution.

    Above all, our sessions are practical, fun and very rewarding.
